I had no intention of becoming a management consultant to lawyers. Having qualified as a solicitor and worked in several law firms I knew how to be a solicitor. I got results for my clients who were extremely happy with my levels of service. However, I wasn’t sure that I could continue on working in a law firm environment. It had dawned on me that law firms are not very well managed and I wanted to help to rectify that situation.
